Preventative Maintenance Indoor System Checklist – Fall – Air Handler or Furnace

Replace the HVAC system’s air filter(s) – up to 2 filters included.

Clear drain lines for proper flow and remove any clogs.

Check all electrical connections and test electrical components to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Check and clean blower housing (wheels and fan blade) from dust or debris.

Clean the indoor evaporator coil with a standard fresh rinse.
